Your employees are your greatest asset. Find out what they are thinking.

What is the NTCA Employee Pulse Survey?

Smart business leaders know that a company's employees are one of the major factors impacting marketplace success. The NTCA Employee Pulse Survey gives employers an opportunity to find out from their employees their opinions, goals, and their satisfaction level with the company. The goal of the study is to provide leaders a "pulse" on their team and what will give the best return in regard to employee productivity, company performance and competitiveness.

With a typical response rate of over 75%, this comprehensive study is a powerful way to get a feel for your organization and what levers you can pull to improve your company’s culture and competitiveness. Participating companies will also gain access to benchmarking data, allowing them to compare their findings with peer NTCA members from across the country.
